Just like you can put lipstick on a pig, you can gussy up a burger to your heart’s delight. But we wanted to see how DC’s best burger joints stacked up when their goods were stripped down to just a patty and bun, so we had 30 hungry voters vote on their favorites in a blind burger taste test.
