The Reverse Martini (David Kurka):

- 2 parts Dolin Blanc vermouth
- 1 part Plymouth Gin
- orange bitters
- orange zest


The Martinez (Duane Sylvester):

- 1 ounce Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 2 ounces Dolin Rouge sweet vermouth
- 1 spoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueor
- orange bitters
- orange zest


Untitled (Adam Bernbach):

- 1 ½ ounces of Manzanilla Sherry
- 1 ounce of Cocchi Americano
- dash of Old Raj Gin
- clementine bitters (courtesy of Dan Searing of Room 11)
- spoon of citrus saline (grapefruit, lemon, and sea salt)
- Grapefruit Zest

    I like them all, but I gotta give it to Sylvester. He keeps a mean bar at Bourbon Steak.

    These all look great!  Nicely done. Adam makes a mean cocktail, but I must say his “bedside manner” as a bartender, leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t matter how good a cocktail is, if at the end of the day the patron leaves the bar with a bitter taste in their mouth.
